Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below apply to all Willow Tree Art 'art and crafts' workshops, events and parties. By making a booking customers are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.


Bookings and Payment - Bookings can only be made online through the website and for children sessions it is the parents/guardians responsibility to ensure all information provided on the bookings page is correct. This must include a current email address, emergency contact phone number for the parent/guardian and detailed information on any allergies, medical conditions and special educational needs of the person attending the after school class or workshop, club or event.


Adult classes require all additional information to be included, such as allergies, or additional needs.  


Payment -Full payment is required at the time of booking and all payments are processed by Paypal, or by bank/card payment. Payments are usually processed via a PayPal account, however, if the customer does not have a PayPal account, PayPal will provide an option to process payments with a credit or debit card. Places are only secure upon receipt of full payment and completed booking form.


Places are strictly allocated on a first come, first served basis and no places are given any priority or reserved in advance.Bookings will typically open on the website two weeks prior to the start of the first session most often earlier.


Alternative payments will be considered but not guaranteed by prior arrangement with Louise Evans who can be contacted through the website or via email


If you have made contact with Louise for a 'special arrangement payment' there is an additional charge of 10% for payments made by cash or cheque, and for payments made after the course has started.


No persons will be allowed to attend any Willow Tree Art after school art classes, clubs or workshops without a completed and accurate booking form.


For children events only - Collection from after school classes,  or Community halls/venues and workshops It is the parent/guardians responsibility to collect their child from the session on time. If the parent/guardian wishes for their child to be collected by someone else then it is their responsibility to inform Willow Tree Art either by email through the website or by phone or text 07794921013 or at drop off. If the person responsible for collecting the child from the childrens art class or workshop is persistently late then Willow Tree Art have the sole discretion to refuse to allow the child to continue at the childrens class or workshop.


Expectations of behaviour - Willow Tree Art classes and workshops are fully inclusive, fun and above all safe. It is imperative that all persons attending Willow Tree Art classes and workshops behave in an acceptable and safe manner as deemed by the class or workshop tutor. Any concerns about behaviour will be brought to the parents/guardians attention in childrens sessions. Or directly to the adult in and adult session whenever most appropriate usually at the end of the session in person or by phone or email at the earliest convenience. Willow Tree Art has the sole discretion to decide if the behaviour of an individual is unacceptable and in these instances the place will be cancelled and the person or parent will be given notice in writing.


Cancellations and Refunds - For a booking and payment that has been made online the customer has the right to a reimbursement providing it is 3 days prior to the art or craft workshop starting. To cancel a booking customers must email A full refund will be provided as early as possible, and within 7 days of request. If for any reason a session is cancelled by Willow Tree Art, for example due to tutor illness, then a refund for that session will be issued.


If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Willow Tree Art control i.e such as unscheduled closures of community centres, or due to bad weather then a refund will also be issued.


Clothing- Willow Tree Art will do their best to ensure that clothing is protected from the art materials used especially in children’s classes, however Willow Tree Art can accept no responsibility for and damage to clothing before, during or after any our sessions.  For adults attending workshops, it is their duty to provide protection for their own clothes as they see fit.
